Terms & Conditions
These terms of business will form the basis upon which Business Help UK Group
will act as an introductory agent. Business Help UK Group has the opportunity to
introduce a property or an investment to you which we believe may be suitable
for your requirements.
Business Help UK Group are not retained by the seller of the Property and
accordingly our fee will be payable by the buyer. If you proceed with a purchase
as a result of our introduction, the following terms will apply:
1. In the event that you or any nominated company or associate or nominee of
yours enters into a contract to purchase the Property within 12 months of our
introduction then you will pay us a fee of 2% of the total purchase price plus
VAT.
2. The Fee will become payable to us upon exchange of contracts.
3. You agree not to bring any claim arising out of or in connection with this
Agreement against any employee; Director or consultant of Business Help UK Group
(Business Help UK Group Person). Those individuals will not have a personal duty
of care to you.
